No, you do not need a minimum order value to place an order. However, please note that shipping is free for orders over €80 (incl. VAT).
You can cancel your order within 30 days and return the goods you do not want.
Please also download this PDF return form and write down your order information and then place it in the return package. This is very helpful for quick processing.

Please enclose a copy of the invoice or return form and a description of the canceled order.
If no copy of the invoice or return form is enclosed, we may not be able to process your return!
After receiving your return, we will immediately carry out a warranty check.
If you receive the order and you don't want the product, then you have to pay the return cost.
If the products have quality problem or you receive the wrong products, then please contact with our customer service team, and we can offer free return shipping label.
Die Bestellungen werden an einem normalen Arbeitstag bearbeitet und versandt, in der Regel gegen 11.00 Uhr über DHL, wobei bezahlte Bestellungen früher versandt werden.
Wenn eine Bestellung bestätigt, aber noch nicht bezahlt wurde, wird die Bestellung erst versandt, wenn die Zahlung des Kunden eingegangen ist.
